Just in case you think it is an absurd notion to create a “Baltimore centered weblog project”, I just came across Boro 6, Jersey’s Bridge & Tunnel Blog.

Boro 6’s mission:

Boro6 doesn't hate New York. We're quite fond of Manhattan, but are amused by the cultural palisade some Manhattanites imagine at the shoreline and 110th St. Born and raised in Jersey, Boro6 has been a regular visitor to Manhattan since the 70s, and a sometime commuter since the mid-90s. As regional concepts go, Boro6 subscribes to one called "The New York Metropolitan Area." Boro6 exists to lampoon Manhattan elitism, to raise New Jersey prestige and also to encourage migration across the river to Hudson County - the latter primarily to bolster the market value of a certain house in the Greenville section of Jersey City.

Personally, I think this is wonderful. There is nothing I love more than a community with aspirations and a chip on its shoulder. I suppose both Eebmore and boro 6 could be considered Skuzblogs.
