I need some other interests. Duckpins? Screen painting? Ratting? In my defense, I’m currently going through the very first stages of withdrawal.

I cannot recommend the original Homicide book more. I read it my junior year of high school (Man, I'm old), and I thoroughly enjoyed it. What a really engrossing book. And to think: the reason why I read it was based on an excerpt that appeared in the Baltimore Sun Sunday magazine (when it existed).

heh. I've got cleaning products spraying out of my ears. But now that you mention it, I should totally ask for filters for my air cleaner. Those things are crazy fucking expensive!

But on a related note, I became a clean freak recently partially due to a SuperStaph infection tracked in through casual contact with these mean, infection laden streets that I love so much. Anywhere else, the cleaning arguably could be considered OCD; but seeing how SuperStaph is potentially fatal, it's just smart.

Fell me once, shame on you. Fell me twice...
